This website is operated by KawaiiGiftory. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to KawaiiGiftory. By visiting our site, browsing our products, or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional policies referenced herein.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., providing the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

SECTION 3 - PRODUCTS, PRICING & ACCURACY

Product descriptions, images, and pricing are subject to change without notice. We strive for accuracy but cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be precise. We do not warrant that the quality of any products purchased will meet your subjective expectations.

SECTION 4 - SHIPPING, DELIVERY & CUSTOMS

Shipping times are estimates only. As detailed in our Shipping Policy, for DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipments, all applicable taxes and duties are included in your order price. For non-DDP destinations, any customs fees or duties are the sole responsibility of the recipient. We are not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as customs inspections.

SECTION 5 - RETURNS & REFUNDS

Our refund policy is governed by our official Return Policy. You may initiate a return within 30 days of the delivery date as confirmed by the tracking system. Products must be unused and in original packaging. Unless due to product defects, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

SECTION 6 - ORDER MODIFICATIONS & BILLING

You agree to provide accurate purchase and account information.
Order Changes: You may request to cancel or modify your order within 12 hours of placement. Orders already processed, shipped, or customized cannot be modified. All payments are processed securely by third-party gateways (e.g., PayPal).

SECTION 7 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the Site (text, graphics, logos, and product designs) is the property of KawaiiGiftory. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use and publish any reviews or creative ideas you submit in connection with our business.

In no case shall KawaiiGiftory be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages of any kind arising from your use of the service or products.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. For material changes, we will provide at least 30 days' notice by email where required by law. Your continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

SECTION 11 - GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where KawaiiGiftory is headquartered. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding individual arbitration. You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
