4. Behavioural Advertising & Email Marketing

8. Data Retention

When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for 7 years for compliance with tax, accounting and legal requirements. We will retain Device Information in anonymous, aggregated form for up to 3 years for Site optimization and data analysis. Marketing-related data will be retained until you unsubscribe. When your personal information is no longer needed, we will securely delete or anonymize it.

9. Data Breach Notification

In the event of a personal data breach that is likely to result in a risk to your rights and freedoms, we will notify the relevant supervisory authority without undue delay and, where feasible, within 72 hours of becoming aware of the breach, in accordance with applicable data protection laws (including GDPR Article 33).
