We offer a 30-day return and exchange guarantee from the date your package is delivered, covering both product issues and change-of-mind situations.

2. Return Shipping Costs

To ensure full transparency, here is exactly how fees are handled if a physical return or replacement is required:

Our Fault (Defective / Incorrect)

  • Who pays return shipping: We do. We will cover 100% of the return shipping costs.
  • Examples: Item arrived damaged, wrong item sent, package lost in transit.
  • Restocking Fee: $0.00 (No fee).

Your Choice (Change of Mind)

  • Who pays return shipping: The customer is responsible for the actual return shipping costs.
  • Examples: Ordered wrong color/style, item no longer needed, personal preference.
  • Restocking Fee: $0.00 (No fee).

3. How to Submit a Request

  1. Email us within 30 days of delivery: Send your request to support@kawaiigiftory.com with your order number in the subject line. Please do not send items back before contacting us.
  2. Describe your situation: For damaged or incorrect items, please attach clear photos or a short video. For change-of-mind situations, a brief explanation is all we need.
  3. Get Return Instructions & Address: We respond within 24-48 hours. If a physical return is determined to be necessary, we will provide the specific return instructions and receiving address via email at that time. (Please do not send any items back before receiving written confirmation from our team. Packages returned without prior authorization cannot be processed and may be permanently lost.)

4. Possible Resolutions

After reviewing your case, we'll work with you to find the most suitable option. Typical resolutions include:

  • Free Replacement: We send a new item at no additional cost. Primarily offered for cases where the issue is on our end.
  • Partial or Full Refund: Returned to your original payment method. The amount depends on the situation and what we agree on together.
  • Discount Coupon: A discount code for your next order, offered as a goodwill gesture where applicable.
  • Other Solutions: Have something else in mind? Let us know — we're open to finding whatever works best.

5. Refund Processing Time

Once a refund has been agreed upon, please allow 3–7 business days for your bank or payment provider to post the amount to your account.

Refunds are strictly issued to the original payment method used at checkout. We are unable to redirect refunds to a different account.

6. Non-Eligible Items

The following items are not covered by our standard after-sales policy unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Gift cards and store credit vouchers
  • Mystery boxes and blind box items
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or promotional free gifts
  • Stationery that has been visibly used, swatched, written on, or removed from its original sealed packaging

7. Important Reminders

  • Do not return to the sender address. The address on your parcel is a logistics transit point and packages sent there cannot be retrieved or refunded. All return addresses will be provided via email after you submit a request.
  • 30-day window applies strictly. Requests submitted more than 30 days after your confirmed delivery date will not be eligible. Please reach out promptly if you have any concerns.
  • Note: We are so sorry, if you want to return the product back for refund due to your personal reasons (Ordered wrong color/style, item no longer needed, personal preference.), we will not refund the shipping cost in your order and transaction fee of your PayPal after we receive your returned package.
